Open Mic Night
Who: Members of the MWG and the public
What: This is open to all – short story, poetry, nonfiction, fiction, essay, prose and any other writing. We respectfully ask that subject matter to be kept free of explicit sexual and foul language. Each read gets no more than 10 minutes to read.
When: Third Thursday each month from 6-8pm
Where: Sedra’s Coffee on Royal St., downtown Mobile
How: If you’d like to sign-up to read, we suggest arriving between 5:30-5:50pm.
Join us for our monthly meetings–they are free and open to the public!
We meet in the meeting room of the West Regional Library on Grelot Rd. on the FIRST THURSDAY each month (September-May) from 6-7:30pm. Monthly topics vary from interactive critiques to guest speaker presentations.
